My Story
After 27 years as a program manager for companies like Apple, Sony, Atlassian and Boeing, as well as a few startups, I found myself burned out and a little disillusioned. I took the summer off to seek my passion, and realized that trying to solve lots of problems for everyone in the world has a lot less meaning than solving smaller, but still very meaningful porvbelms for smaller groups of people. With this in mind, I opened my consulting firm in 2023.
It might sound weird but I'm a born program manager. I'm the person who's always on time, always making checklists, and driving myself a little bit bats by always thinking six steps ahead. I need to set up milestones and timelines, and drive accountability. I must do risk assessments and drive solutions. I must work cross-functionally and set up super clean comms systems. I love agile coaching. I adore working with grumpy software engineers that love/hate me.
